Congratulations to Jenn Watt on the 2024 ABET/Lemelson Foundation Innovation in Sustainability Award!
Congratulations to ESS faculty Jenn Watt, who was awarded the 2024 ABET/Lemelson Foundation Innovation in Sustainability Award! The award “recognizes the vision and commitment of individuals, programs or institutional teams that demonstrate innovation in education by implementing sustainability topics into ABET-accredited programs.”
Dr. Watt was nominated for her contributions to sustainability across the University of Utah, including serving as Associate Director for the ENVST program, serving as Director of Sustainability Education within the U’s Sustainability Office, and partnering with Engineering faculty on sustainability education.
